Project overview:
The total length of the project is 4.45 km, including 4.064 km of tunnel section and 2.57 km of shield construction section. The tunnel is a single pipe double-layer highway tunnel, with a diameter of 14.93m. A total of 1287 rings of segments are assembled. The outer diameter of the tunnel is 14.5m, the maximum longitudinal slope is 4.95%, the minimum turning radius on the plane is 1000m, and the top covering soil is about 8.8m~43.3m thick. The tunnel shield is pushed from the Pudong working shaft to the Puxi working shaft. The Zhoujiazui Road River Crossing Tunnel is an important part of the river crossing channel in the northern region of Shanghai. The regional river crossing channel connecting the two banks of the Pujiang River has the important function of optimizing the layout of the river crossing channel and balancing the river crossing pressure in the northern region.
Project characteristics and difficulties:
During the 2.5km excavation journey, the first thing to do is to face the requirement of shallow overburden. The top soil of the tunnel is only 8.6m (about 0.59D), and the minimum horizontal clear distance from the adjacent old buildings is nearly 3m. The project continues eastward along Zhoujiazui Road through the Middle Ring Road of Jungong Road, Shanghai University of Technology, Fuxing Island, Huangpu River and Dongyun Shipbuilding Co., Ltd. During construction, the quality of front mud water and synchronous slurry shall be strictly controlled, and the setting of incision pressure shall be guided in real time through intensive monitoring to ensure environmental safety, and finally the settlement of various old houses shall be controlled within ± 8mm.
