Project overview:
Beijing Shenyang Passenger Dedicated Railway starts from Xinghuo Station, the Beijing railway hub, and ends at Shenyang Station, the Shenyang railway hub. The main line of the line is 698 kilometers long, and the Wangjing Tunnel is 8 kilometers long. It is the control project of the whole Beijing Shenyang high-speed railway line, the only tunnel constructed by shield method, and the only double track single hole large diameter shield tunnel on the whole line. The tunnel segment has an outer diameter of 10.5m and an inner diameter of 9.5m. Four domestic slurry balanced shield machines with an excavation diameter of 10.9m are used for tunneling from both ends to the middle.
Project characteristics and difficulties:
The difficulties mainly focus on the safety risks encountered in the construction of large section, long distance and water rich strata. The tunnel underground passes through major risk sources such as Capital Airport Expressway, Airport Express Rail, Metro Line 15, Maquanying Metro Station, Red Brick Art Center, sewage treatment plant, high-voltage tower, many residential areas and tall buildings. The settlement control standard is high, and the construction and environmental safety risks are high
The deepest part of the tunnel is 43 meters, only 0.6 meters away from the station maintenance structure, and the crossing distance is 120 meters. It continuously goes through the densely turnout area of the station. The deformation control requirement is within plus or minus 1 mm, and it also ensures the safe operation of nearly 700 metro trains every day.
